If you are a customer with at least one machine on contract requiring a meter read, you can enjoy the convenience of submitting your meter reads via the Web.

Simply select your model.

Hold stop button for at lease 3 seconds and write down series of numbers.

Press System Menu/Counter Key. Use up/down arrows to select counter on display. Press enter key. Use arrows to select printed pages. Press enter.

Hold stop button down and write down numbers that display in order.

Meter is located in a small window on the right side of the copier, above and to the left of the power button

Select “system menu / Counter” (top left of control panel). Use arrows to select counter. Submit total copy/print/fax numbers

Select system menu / counter to right of LCD display. Select counter on LCD. Select print report. Submit total pages, not scanned pages. Select close

Select “*” on control panel above keypad. Select “print report” on LCD. Enter code 6482 if asked. Select counter report on LCD. Select “close”. Select “end”. Submit the print total on the third line of report (includes copies and prints if applicable)

Select “utility” on control panel. Select “meter count”. Submit Black&White copier+printer. Submit color copier+printer. Add mono color totals to color totals.

Select “default settings/Counter”. Select “counter check”on LCD. Select “print report”. Combine full color and mono-color totals and submit. Submit total black&white

Open front door. Meter is in top right-hand corner
